Kutch Museum was established in his 1877 by the British Governor of Mumbai

known as Sir James Ferguson.

Buj’s Kutch Museum was called the Ferguson Museum after its founder.

All items on display at the Kutch Museum in Buj are carefully presented

with appropriate descriptions next to each item. Labels and descriptions are provided in English and Gujarati.

The Kutch Museum is closed only on Wednesdays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

On other days, the Kutch Museum is open from 9am to 11:30am and from 3pm to 6pm. until 5:30 pm
